Ditjen Pembangunan Daerah

Ditjen Pembangunan Daerah is an internal employee payroll management dashboard built for a regional government directorate. It centralizes salary data for both PNS (civil servant) and non-PNS staff: gross pay, tax withholding (PPH), deductions, and net pay per employee, alongside bank account and tax ID details.

The dashboard supports bulk data entry via Excel import/export, plus filtering by year, month, date range, and civil-service rank (golongan), so HR staff can pull exactly the payroll slice they need without combing through raw spreadsheets. Scope covered information architecture, UI design, and full-stack implementation, including the authentication layer gating access to the salary data.
